Your experience will begin with an introduction to our friendly team, and from there you will join our professional photographer in the studio. Our photographer will need 45 minutes to an hour with you and your loved ones to create a variety of personalized images. Shortly after the photo session, your images will be individually prepared before being presented to you in our home theatre viewing room. This is where you can really appreciate the moments that have been captured. You can then choose which images you would like and how you want them presented, and we will take care of everything.

Your photo session is all about capturing your life as authentic as possible, so we just want you to be yourself. We start off with a pre-session phone call to start designing the perfect experience for you. Then your photographer will call you a few days before the shoot to talk more about what you desire. For inspiration, we recommend looking at images on our website or through our portfolio.

Questions & Answers

HOW LONG DOES A SESSION GO FOR?

 

We normally allow up to 2 and a bit hours. This also depends on what type of session you are looking for. It's not something you do every day so we don't want to rush especially with newborns.

 

What Days are you open

 

We are open from Tuesday to Saturday 9 am - 5 pm, however, we try and have different sessions on different days, for example, a newborn session we have in the early morning during the week so we can take our time and there is not too much noise, and with pet shoots, we try Book for the afternoon so there is no cross over of people and animals :)

 

CAN I BRING MY PET?

 

YES!!! We love animals and we know how important they are to the family. It's important to let us know beforehand so we can make sure the studio is set up for your fur baby so be sure to discuss with your booker before bringing them to the session beforehand

 

DO YOU DO LOCATION SESSIONS?

 

Yes! But sometimes it's not the best option, chat to us about what you are looking for and we can give you some idea as to what will work best.

 

DO WE GET A DIGITAL COPY?

 

Yes! We Professionally retouch any images that you purchase and you will receive a digital version of those. It's about celebrating your life and creating something you will want to display for years to come however we also know how much you will want to share your images with friends and family so we give you a watermark-free image just for that :)

do you do hair and makeup?

 

Short answer no. We have thought about this in the past but when it comes down to it we want the real you. That means natural or what ever makes you comfortable.

 

How much does it cost, what does my voucher get me?

 

This all depends on what you are looking for, Most of our vouchers come with some discount or product included, feel free to give us a call and we will talk you through and answer any questions you might have. What we can tell you is that we have a variety of options for you to pick from and we also have payment plan options for when you decide to get something a little extra special, we have found that most of our customers spend between $500-3000 on average.

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

 

We always say its better to have it and not need it then not have it at all. Keep it simple but always bring a few changes of outfits sometimes you will be surprised what works out in the studio. Something sentimental if you have it adds a story to the image and can make it really personal to you. During the booking, we will have a chat with you and get creative about what to bring so please let us know any ideas you have.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

 

We always require a deposit for any session. This is because we only have limited sessions available and hold that appointment exclusive to you. This is however Refundable once you have had your session. for Week Days we Take $50 and for weekends it's $100. Sometimes we might discuss a different deposit if we have to travel far for locations sessions.
